You would expect it all to have started with computers, but it started with a microphone. Still a teenager, at sixteen, I was already doing radio; at twenty came my first television show, and a year later a magazine of our own. What drove me wasn’t a career plan, but an unexplained pull toward creating. There I learned something that stays with me to this day: to take an idea, find the resources and the people, and make it happen.
That mindset led me into entrepreneurship. I founded and grew online stores (among them AlterSmoke and MrBig), building them from the ground up: products, suppliers, customer service, teams. Over time the businesses grew, and with them a problem every organisation knows: how do you keep quality and consistency as the faces change.
My answer was to systematise knowledge. I built WikiBus, an internal knowledge base of 300+ guides that trained over 100 employees and let the businesses run without depending on me.
For twenty years I led teams of dozens of people, often remotely, across different fields, from e-shops to the only news radio station in Western Macedonia, a serious investment we founded and grew. Through all of it, I learned in practice how an organisation works, how a team is trained, and how change comes to be accepted instead of rejected.
In early 2026 I stepped away from all my active companies. Not because I was tired, but because I had brought them to the point of running on their own and I felt ready for the next chapter: helping people and organisations move into the age of Artificial Intelligence.
What I applied, I didn’t test on clients’ budgets; I tested it in my own businesses, with my own risk. The verdict came from the strictest judge of all, the market: profitable businesses that grew and outpaced their competition, up to my exit. What I bring to you isn’t theory; it’s methods tested in the market.
Looking back, it was always the same move: I stepped into something unknown, understood it fast, and made it work together with my people. Artificial Intelligence is the latest and the largest of those unknown fields, only this time it concerns everyone. I entered it early and I am already a few steps ahead; the reskilling and the mindshift the era calls for are exactly what I have done again and again.
That’s why I don’t speak in theory. I speak from experience, and I’m here to bring it to your organisation with training and tailor-made solutions, through Anodea, the company I co-founded.
